We’re thrilled to welcome Noah Long to Antora as Director of State and Regulatory Affairs. Noah brings two decades of experience in clean energy policy and strategy, including most recently at EDF Renewables, where he managed western state legislative and regulatory engagement. Previously, Noah spent over 15 years leading efforts at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) to support ambitious state policies in power plant regulation, renewable energy, energy efficiency, and electrification. Noah holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School, an MSc in International Development and Environmental Policy from the London School of Economics, and a BA from Bowdoin College. Outside of the office, you can find Noah hiking, biking and skiing in the mountains of northern New Mexico, where he grew up and lives with his family.
