Our mines rescue teams have long been among the best in the industry – and our Moranbah North Mine has a proud history in competitions globally. As the first Australian team to be world champions, Moranbah North teams have consistently shown immense dedication and commitment to emergency response and recovery. Healthy rivalry with our other operations – they were pipped to the national and state titles by Grosvenor Mine last year – also adds an element of spice.
