This upcoming Friday at 15:15 I have the honour to be invited as speaker at the World Tennis Table for Health Hybrid Congress (WTT4HC), within the session "TT4Health field of play: effects of active participation in a sport like TT”. During this session, I will share the results of the experiment we conducted at the World Parkinson Congress involving five patients. This study demonstrated the accuracy of STAT-ON in various patient profiles and highlighted the ease of configuring, downloading, and analyzing STAT-ON data. While this study had some limitations, the results showcased noticeable improvements in all five Parkinson's disease patients. This brings us one step closer to being able to design and execute comprehensive studies using objective tools like STAT-ON to reveal the remarkable impact of table tennis on patients with Parkinson's disease. I'd like to express my gratitude to the ITTF Foundation for this invitation, and I want to thank all the associations and patients who participated in the experiment back in July.
