Here we got some point-cloud rendering in Blender on top of the solid mesh. Soft cloud separation from the solid scan is quite trivial as well and for any non real-time / path-traced rendering works quite well while all the PBR material values stay consisted with the solid mesh.

It's always been challenging to deal with Soft materials like fur and alike when scanning. In fact, more of a rendering issue rather than capture itself. Now we just take millions of raw Structure Slight points, build PBR on then and render on top of the solid surface. #inciprocal #scanning #pbr #photometry
