Making it through month 1 of a virtual care program drastically increases the chances that the patient will successfully graduate the program. Plain and sample - when patients aren’t properly activated into virtual care programs, they churn quickly. Yesterday we joined other patient orgs, patients and stakeholders at the Mobilise-D project-end conference. The day was full of insightful discussions and conversations, and we were especially excited to hear how patient voices informed the project and outcomes. 🔎 Research by the Mobilise-D project used the experiences of patients to understand how walking affects people. They found that walking is more than just physical movement. It is an emotional, social, and physical experience.
