DBIA-SE Project Team Award for the Clayton Riverwalk Trail Bridge Replacements At the 24th Annual DBIA Southeast Design-Build Regional Summit & Awards Banquet, Crowder Construction Company and AMT were recognized with the 2024 DBIA-SE Design-Build Project Team Award for the Clayton Riverwalk Trail Bridge Replacements project. The Town of Clayton replaced three bridges located along the Clayton Riverwalk on the Neuse Greenway near Riverwood to maintain a safe greenway system. This project was completed in May 2023. CONGRATULATIONS to the entire AMT Design Team who collaborated with Crowder and multiple subconsultants to make this an award-winning project! Redcliff Quarter is progressing well on site. The lowest of the blocks has topped out and it will not be long until the tallest of the blocks also tops out! With external walls and windows going in and parts of the building becoming watertight, the project is really taking shape.
