Discover the impact of healing at our adult residential treatment program, AMFM, through the eyes of David, one of our primary clinicians, as he recounts a remarkable client journey: "I had a client who came into treatment for the first time and was pretty scared. You could tell in groups and in sessions he was pretty reserved. It was a little bit of an intimidating environment for him to begin opening himself up to the process. But slowly, piece by piece, he eventually became comfortable enough that he actually shared his story with his peers. It really helped him to settle in.” We’re here to offer a supportive space where shared experiences can foster healing and connection.

We are pleased to announce that Ashley Peña, the National Executive Director of our adult outpatient treatment program, Mission Connection, will be speaking at the 2024 Southwestern School for Behavioral Health Studies Conference on Understanding Psychosis: Unveiling the Layers and Building Bridges. Ashley will share insights from our adult outpatient treatment program, focusing on deepening understanding and fostering empathy for individuals experiencing psychosis. Her session will highlight effective communication strategies through LEAP intervention. This Continuing Education Unit (CEU) presentation aims to provide a comprehensive exploration of psychosis, including its complexities and diverse treatment approaches.
