Looking for a full-time, Direct Hire, Sr. Product Leader Company Summary: Mission-driven carrier-grade telecommunications company that focuses on VoIP technologies and the IMS Framework. They are expanding into new markets and services. The company is updating their core offerings and building out new product lines. Company is well-resourced and is investing heavily to service their expanding customer base. Job Title: Director -- Strategic Product & Program Leadership You’ll lead the entire lifecycle for VoIP telephony products, including product vision, product innovation, product design, product development, project management, and collaboration with product marketing (GTM), and support departments. This leadership role provides the opportunity to manage and further build-out a high-performing team responsible for present/future products and services. Summary: Responsible for a product line that includes VoIP telephony devices and softphones (Android and IOS). Oversee and manage the launch of new Flagship Products replacing legacy phones across 400K Users. Manages a team of project managers, business analysts, and other professionals. Partners with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure products are designed, manufactured, and launched successfully. Creates and executes multi-year strategic and tactical plans and roadmaps for the product line. Identifies and manages risks and opportunities within the product journey from cradle to grave. Collaborates with the senior executive team and meets with them regularly. Requirements: Experience rolling out a Flagship Product to an established customer base – (we are not looking for retail experience).  Experience with a CSP, CLEC, or Carrier-grade telco is preferred but not mandatory.  7 years of experience in product management (physical device), SaaS, CSaaS, or other technology-based solutions. Experience in launching a product or service, including go-to-market strategy. Experience in managing a team. Experience creating and managing division-level P&L.  Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies. Ideal Candidate: A builder who is excited about the challenge of delivering services that drive human communication/interaction. Someone who is highly motivated and energized to create and drive change and capability. A person with a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry. A collaborative leader who can work effectively with a cross-functional team.
