Last Friday, we ended the week with an internal focus on our wellness! What was it? The AMEND Wellness Sampler What was the focus? An exclusive sampler-style event will focus on key wellness areas, including physical, emotional, mental well-being, and more. The goal was to boost mood, reduce stress, and enhance overall health for AMEND team members. Who made it possible? Hosted by the AMEND Wellness Committee in partnership with Tii Fit Wellness. How much ground did we cover? Over 10 local businesses provided samples, activations, and information to participants. We had such a fun time gathering tips and tricks on our wellness while getting to meet and form relationships with so many great local businesses!
