good opportunity

Appreciation Post. Today marks exactly 2 years since the day I work as Business Support Management at Enterprise Banking Bank Danamon Indonesia. It's still a while but it feels like I've done the job longer than that. I still remember the day my spv said that "your job basically has no job desc" which made me hesitate and questioning if it is the right path for my career at first. Need to give credit to my "yeah, we'll see" attitude, life basically goes on. On the first 2 months, i'm quite struggling to adapt since my previous work (Business Credit Analyst), requires analytical skill and mostly can be done behind the desk; writing proposals and analyzing clients RPC. While on BMS role, it is required to talk with other people and being a self starter to solve many issues related to business process which automatically enhanced my social skill (yet still many to learn!) Shout out also to my ex-spv where at that time happened to give many jobs to be done and include me to participate in any meetings/discussions with one motivation; learn as fast as you can by doing it by yourself. This method definitely impacted the amount of time I'm being present at the office and say goodbye to Teng Go club 💃🏻. Regardless of that, It's safe to say that i'm quite happy with the pace and the tasks which begin to show results on my in depth understanding to how this institution works. Do I find my passion through this role? Still can't say. What I know is; this is a never ending exploring and learning process. My current plan is to do the job in the right manner, so I can enjoy a good sleep every night 😁 Cheers to the many opportunities ahead!
