This research investigates the four key barriers that hinder the successful implementation of Construction and Demolition Waste Management (CDWM) in Egyptian residential projects, specifically focusing on cultural, resource, efficiency, and procurement factors. A PLS-SEM model has been developed to examine the impact of various barriers on effective waste management practices and prioritize their significance. I am thrilled to share that my research work has now reached 𝟐𝟐𝟕 𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫. This is a significant milestone that I am incredibly proud of. It's humbling to see my work resonating with and influencing other scholars and researchers around the world. 🎉 𝐸𝓍𝒸𝒾𝓉𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝒩𝑒𝓌𝓈 📚 I am delighted to announce that my recent journal article, titled "A Hybrid Model for Assessing Safety Implementation and Project Success in the Construction Industry," has been published in the prestigious 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹, published by Elsevier. This journal is classified as a 𝗤𝟭 journal in the Web of Science and Scopus databases, with a high 𝗜𝗙 𝗼𝗳 𝟲.𝟮, ranking 𝟵𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝟭𝟳𝟵 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 in the Engineering and Multidisciplinary category, making it 𝗔* 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹. This study aimed to identify essential safety program activities (SPAs) specific to the building sector in developing countries, especially Egypt, by presenting a model that examines the influence of SPAs on safety implementation (SI) to attain overall project success (OPS). The study used a hybrid partial least squares-structural equation modeling-synthetic fuzzy evaluation (PLS-SEM-SFE) methodology to build the model, which has not been extensively used before in this context. This study provides practical guidance for improving safety practices in small and medium-sized construction firms. The findings can help these organizations enhance their competitiveness and access previously restricted projects by strengthening their safety measures. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝘅𝗺𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 If you decided to accept the revision for your manuscript, you intend to spend time addressing the reviewer comments. However, I've noticed that people often provide poor and unorganized response sheets, which makes it difficult for the reviewers to follow the responses and the revisions. Of course, crafting a comprehensive Revision Response Sheet requires additional effort on your part. But I believe it's worth it. If you've already invested the time to revise your manuscript, doesn't it make sense to make it organized to maximize your chances of acceptance? Here are some key points to consider when responding to reviewer comments to improve your chances of manuscript acceptance: 1. Create a Comprehensive Revision Response Sheet file and make a cover letter on the beginning of it thanking the Editor and the reviewers for thier efforts in handing and revising your manuscript. 2. List each reviewer comment individually 3. Directly thank the reviewers for the feedback in each comment. 4. Clearly indicate where changes have been made in the revised manuscript (page and line numbers) 5. Don't just make changes in the manuscript - provide a detailed written response for each comment raised by the reviewers in the response sheet. This makes it easy for the reviewer to follow your changes I've found that this approach has three major benefits: - Demonstrates your diligence and care in addressing feedback - Makes the reviewer's job easier, increasing the chances they'll view your revisions favorably - Can positively influence the reviewer's overall impression of your work

I'm thrilled to share that, yesterday I have successfully completed my 𝐏𝐡𝐃 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 process after 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟗 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬 of starting my doctoral program. This is a significant accomplishment that I'm incredibly proud of. My research title is "𝐀𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥-𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢-𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧." This research aims to enhance safety and minimize accidents during tower crane operations by developing and introducing a holistic system for real-time situational awareness and anti-collision assistance. Until now, I have successfully published 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬 based on my 𝐏𝐡𝐃 in one of the most prestigious journals, 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, which is a 𝐐𝟏 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 in Web of Science and Scopus, with a high 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝟏𝟎.𝟑.
