Helped 10 businesses 5X conversions this year by implementing AI & automation—no fear, just results.
Unveiling the New Search Bar Feature: Elevate Your Ecommerce Experience In today’s digital marketplace, the difference between closing a sale and losing a customer often hinges on user experience. Recognizing this, we're excited to announce a game-changing update aimed at transforming the way visitors interact with your ecommerce store: the introduction of the Search bar element. Before this update, customers navigating through an ecommerce store might have felt overwhelmed by the sheer volume of products, leaving many items undiscovered and resulting in a less than optimal shopping experience. Now, business owners can effortlessly integrate a Search bar into their online storefront in two distinctive ways—via the Navigation menu or as a standout element on the website. This intuitive feature is designed to guide your customers straight to what they're looking for, making for a seamless shopping journey. Implementing the Search bar is straightforward. Within the page builder, under the "Add elements" section, you'll find the Search bar Element. Store owners who prefer to have it in their navigation menu can use the "Show Search bar" toggle within the menu settings. Customize its appearance in tune with your brand aesthetic, from button color to font size, ensuring a consistent and professional look for your site. Remember, while both store and non-store pages can boast this new feature, the standalone element provides the full spectrum of customization. The dropdown suggestions will be searching from the product titles/names, and a simple click will take users to a product list page with results including both titles and descriptions. Haven’t you always wanted your customers to find exactly what they need, right when they need it? Now you can offer that streamlined experience, keeping them engaged and more likely to convert. We believe this new feature can vastly improve your store's discoverability and user-friendly appeal. Explore more and see how you can automate and optimize your business with our innovative coaching and consulting. #Ecommerce #UserExperience #DigitalMarketing #BusinessGrowth #OnlineSales #WebDesign #CustomerSatisfaction #BusinessOwners #Innovation #SearchBarFeature Ready to transform your ecommerce platform and provide a top-tier shopping experience? E-commerce UX/UI conversion rate optimization expert | 4200 A/B tests for e-commerce | Case studies at Conversionrate.store 💙💛
Do users lose interest when they get to your PDP? This oversight results in lost eCommerce sales opportunities.📉 ❌ Your great products often lose their impact due to unconvincing PDPs. 📌 This is where many eCommerce stores miss the mark - by not effectively highlighting what sets their products apart. Strategic Solution: Enhance your PDPs with targeted UX/UI design and compelling copywriting to highlight product benefits and ensure they are easily noticed and understood. Visual Tactics: ◾ Clearly display special offers such as free shipping, hassle-free returns, or exclusive discounts. Use clean, eye-catching design elements (e.g., as shown below). ◾ If your product has quality certifications or industry-specific awards, use them to build trust and credibility. ◾ If you offer satisfaction guarantees or warranties, make them visible on your PDPs to give consumers confidence in their purchase decision. As a result, you will not only improve the customer experience, but also significantly increase your conversion rates. ___________________________________________________ P.S. We have 30 in-depth, step-by-step guides on exactly how we increased conversions at SaaS and eComm companies. No bullsh*t. Just real results! Want to get them for FREE? It's common for my e-commerce clients to get caught up in some price competition, for example. Sometimes it's not that difficult to find the same product at a lower price. Here are some key design and UX tactics I use with my partners to boost their online store and bring more value for the users: 𝟭. 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 Ensure smooth navigation, fast page load times and a mobile-friendly layout. A frustrated user is a lost customer! People want to understand the story behind your brand and your products. A well-crafted About page addresses their "why" questions and builds trust. 𝟮. 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 Tailor your emails to your audience's needs and interests. Avoid generic blasts. Provide exclusive offers, helpful content, or behind-the-scenes glimpses to keep your customers engaged and provide value. It can be a coupon, discount or bonus, always thinking about something from the user's perspective. 𝟯. 𝗨𝗽𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 Recommend products that complement what a customer has already purchased. This enhances their experience and increases average order value. Emphasize how the upsell will benefit the customer, not just boost your sales. By focusing on design, UX, and strategic marketing, you can transform your e-commerce store into a conversion machine! #ecommerce #uxdesign #userexperience #conversionrateoptimization #emailmarketing #upselling

1moDuring my work experiences I have developed both B2B and B2C projects and for both sectors research has always been a key element to improve the conversion rate. It is absolutely true that the use of AI can only give an exponential boost to this trend. I really appreciated the suggested "Ecommerce best practices for higher conversion", some of which we already use with our customers - Analytics, A/B Test, Recommendation, Search personalization
