During my work experiences I have developed both B2B and B2C projects and for both sectors research has always been a key element to improve the conversion rate.  It is absolutely true that the use of AI can only give an exponential boost to this trend. I really appreciated the suggested "Ecommerce best practices for higher conversion", some of which we already use with our customers - Analytics, A/B Test, Recommendation, Search personalization
