Russia’s representative to United Nations, Vasily Nebenzya, said at an emergency special session of United Nations General Assembly on Wednesday that Israel has no right to defend itself because it is an occupying power in Gaza (The Jerusalem Post, https://lnkd.in/er7mvj_5).
Nevermind that Russia is an occupying power in Ukraine.
US Intelligence Community (IC), according to CNN, in the run up to the speech by Lebanon’s Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah on Friday (The New York Times, https://lnkd.in/eNSebETs) is saying that Syria may be supplying Russian missile launchers to Hezbollah, while it appears according to the IC that Iran may be showing restraint against Israel though not total control over the actions of its proxies (CNN, https://lnkd.in/eyJdxmia, https://lnkd.in/eye9yC-K).
Russia could repeat this by continuing with its Wagner mercenary intervention in Sudan and elsewhere in Africa with Muslim populations.
Using private militias, which have a constitutional right under the Second Amendment to exist in the United States domestically, for use in defending U.S. national interests abroad was an invention of Donald Rumsfeld during the Iraq war and Russia’s Vladimir Putin appears to have copied this Iraq war strategy from the United States with the Wagner Group in Ukraine and Africa.

Israel, aspiring to NATO membership, is becoming the playground, similar to Ukraine whose President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is Jewish, for a proxy war between United States and Sino-Russia through Hamas in Gaza to Israel’s south, Hezbollah in Lebanon to the north, and Syria to the northeast, the Abrahamic Greater Israel land dispute areas between Netanyahu’s Zionists in Israel and Muslims in the region since Israel’s founding in 1948, while the rest of Muslims provide humanitarian aid to Palestinians.
Anti-Israel sentiment is at its peak in both Russia and China, even as many other countries are also seeking a balanced approach from the United States to the war in Gaza by Israel.
If the Zionists want to claim Greater Israel, Putin appears to be saying he can claim Novorossiya in Ukraine.
Now Netanyahu could be charged with war crimes in Gaza just as Putin was in Ukraine.
Also, it appears Sino-Russia are courting the loyalty of Muslim citizens of their countries by pointing to Netanyahu’s indiscriminate and disproportionate military action in Gaza.
What is unfolding is clearly not in the interest of Israel and Ukraine, if this is what Netanyahu, Zelenskyy, and United States The White House care about.
There should be an immediate ceasefire in Gaza by Netanyahu and the status of Palestinian nationhood must be permanently resolved diplomatically as a quid pro quo for Israel’s diplomatic recognition by all its neighbors in Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and Russia’s total and unconditional withdrawal from Ukraine.
