My Business Plan Proposal: A Journey of Growth and Impact After dedicating two rigorous months to crafting an intensive business plan proposal for Molecular Imaging, I can finally take a deep exhale of accomplishment. Today was a significant milestone (a very scary one) as I presented my findings and strategic plan for growth in Molecular Imaging at Kettering Health Main Campus in front of a few administrative leaders, as they plan to take my proposal and foundation work further to executive consideration. The plan, which I led in creating, involves thorough financial justifications and explores the operational impact of this initiative. Initially, I was apprehensive about taking on such a real-world business challenge, but the fulfillment I feel today makes it all worthwhile. The journey of creating this REAL business plan has not only propelled my professional skills but also enriched me personally. Embracing this level of responsibility as an intern and making a tangible difference has been incredibly rewarding. Adding true value to the organization has been an amazing experience, and I firmly believe this is just the beginning of my path toward future success. Grateful for the opportunity to contribute and grow, I'm excited about the possibilities that lie ahead. 🌟 Summer Internship Journey 🌟 Grateful for the incredible experience I've gained this summer as a Product Manager intern at Boston Scientific 🚀 Working within the Peripheral Interventions (PI) business unit, my focus was on diving deep into the realm of arterial and venous health, particularly in the field of pulmonary embolism (PE) treatment. 🔍 Immersed in Customer Insights: My journey was all about understanding and harnessing customer insights. I had the incredible opportunity to interview brilliant physicians who are dedicated to treating PE. Through insightful discussions, I strived to uncover the key drivers behind their device purchase decisions. It's been truly eye-opening to see the intersection of medical expertise and cutting-edge technology. 💡 Shaping Product Features: Being part of this dynamic team allowed me to contribute marketing segmentation and messaging recommendations to increase marketshare within the PE space. The challenge of aligning medical needs in a quickly evolving space pushed me to think creatively and innovatively.
