My first venture was a big success. Mainly because it was a no-brainer win-win for everyone involved! Here’s how it worked: Nonprofit organizations asked people to donate used cell phones they didn’t need anymore. We refurbished and resold them. The nonprofit organization got a nice amount of money. People felt good about putting their unused phones to good use. And we made a successful business from it. Win-win all around!
