Different leadership styles around the world. Are these stereotypes? Is that model still valid in a globalized world? What is your experience? #leadership

This is garbage. True there are different styles in every culture. I don't know what this graphic is trying to depict, but it leaves open a lot of interpretation. I've worked with Australians, Muslims, Canadians, and Hindu-Indians. None of these are accurate. In Australian business leadership there is no such thing as "one of the mates" and that sentiment is certainly never extended to foreign colleagues. And in Sweden they must be playing Duck-Duck-Goose. LMAO.

Different leadership styles often reflect cultural influences, leading to stereotypes such as: 1. Autocratic: Centralized control (e.g., Russia, China). 2. Democratic: Team input and consensus (e.g., USA, Scandinavia). 3. Transformational: Inspires through vision (common in global companies). 4. Paternalistic: Parental interest in employees (e.g., Japan, South Korea). 5. Laissez-Faire: Minimal intervention (common in creative industries). Globalization has blended these styles, leading to hybrid approaches that suit diverse teams and dynamic environments. Jesus and Apostle Paul as Leadership Models • Jesus’ Servant Leadership: Focus on serving others, building trust and loyalty, and empowering teams. • Paul’s Transformational Leadership: Clear vision, adaptability, perseverance, and resilience. 1. Empathy and Compassion: Address team needs. 2. Vision and Inspiration: Communicate a compelling vision. 3. Adaptability: Be flexible and responsive. 4. Empowerment: Delegate and encourage autonomy. 5. Resilience: Show perseverance during challenges. Combining with modern practices creates a robust, adaptable leadership framework. Written two books on Jesus as CEO and another Paul as CMO published in KDPamazon.com

1000% stereotypes and offensive ones at that. The *entire* Arab and Hispanic world's leadership style is nepotism? Africa doesn't exist or matter enough to have any mention? Please tell me know one thinks this is a reasonable reflection of corporate cultures or leadership styles in 2024.
