I almost couldn't attend the WeCreate conference hosted by What Media Group, but I am so glad I did. I love how the different panellists spoke about the need to build structure around creativity, and also the role of building infrastructures around the Nigerian Creative Industry. Three key highlights that I found super instructive are: 📍Talent is a major driver in nurturing creativity, but talent without training will not deliver to its fullest. 📍The need to solve local problems in our communities with an approach that is locally tailored and with locally accessible resources. In summary, our solutions will not come from abroad. 📍Passion can help you start a visionary journey but common sense, the right knowledge and applying that knowledge will keep you.

I was asked today if it is possible for not one, but more countries to become members of the INDUSTRY 5.0 AMBASSADORS NETWORK on the same day. I love this diagram showing that new ways of working are not merely theoretical, or even fringe practices anymore. The message is more and more: "You need to be doing it, or you'll be at a disadvantage". We have a growing suite of companies from Australia to add to the next version of this report.
