Huge fan of my friend Nick Sonnenberg. Tackling operational efficiency is very tricky and can easily get into toxic beliefs about productivity and worth unless you have a guide like Nick! I recommend his book, his workshops, his podcast, and all the things. I want to go to Cabo!
We have 2 spots open for our Workshop in NYC Sept 21/22 and trip to Todos Santos Mexico Oct 29-Nov 5th. These events are absolutely epic... Comment below if you're interested we can have a quick call to see if it's a good fit. Here are some videos from the last ones: https://lnkd.in/ezmgSRBU https://lnkd.in/egUj3HDa

If your event includes a presentation or performers, your stage should be the focal point of the room. But where should it go? The front of the room may seem obvious, but is that the best location? If people can’t comfortably see the action, your event will be a bust. Click to read about how to determine the best event staging for your space and getting your AV team involved in planning right from the beginning.
