From underdog to unstoppable! Leicester City shocked the football world to win the Premier League title in the 2015/16 season. Leicester City's historic English Premier League victory against all odds serves as a powerful analogy for the journey of a tech startup. Here's how: 1. Vision and Ambition: Just like Leicester aimed for the top in football, tech startups set out with ambitious goals. They dare to challenge established norms and dream of disrupting industries with innovative solutions. 2. Resourcefulness and Agility: Leicester's triumph was fueled by resourcefulness and agility, making the most of their limited resources. Similarly, startups often operate with lean teams and budgets, leveraging creativity and adaptability to overcome challenges. 3. Teamwork and Collaboration: Leicester's success was a result of seamless teamwork and collaboration. In tech startups, diverse talents come together, each contributing their expertise to drive towards a common goal. 6. Resilience and Perseverance: Despite setbacks and obstacles, Leicester never lost sight of their goal. Similarly, startups face numerous hurdles on their path to success but demonstrate resilience and perseverance in the face of adversity. 7. Disruptive Innovation: Leicester's victory disrupted the established hierarchy of football. Likewise, tech startups aim to disrupt industries with groundbreaking innovations, challenging traditional models and paving the way for new possibilities. In essence, Leicester's triumph embodies the spirit of the underdog, defying expectations and inspiring belief in the power of perseverance and innovation. Just as Leicester achieved the impossible in football, tech startups strive to make their mark and rewrite the rules of their respective industries. It's a testament to the fact that with passion, determination, and a bold vision, even the most unlikely contenders can emerge victorious. 🌟 #UnderdogSuccess #TechStartupJourney #Innovation #Persistence #Disruption

HubSpot eclipse humor is spot on, yet its truth should scare all marketers into action, why? 2024 consumers #1 worry with the digital landscape is PRIVACY, PRIVACY, PRIVACY- tied with SECURITY, SECURITY, SECURITY, and more SECURITY. THAT is why we need our legal eagles aligned with marketers- especially those who never had to earn ROI on their own gold: 1st Party Data, without the fool's gold rampant in the 3rd party cookies marketers mistakenly think is the 24K- when it is now & always has been the 1st Party Data with Midas touch, because it's forged from an actual relationship with customers & could-be customers- not cyber stalkers from browsing behavior. Dinosaur alert, yes Brook Tyrer Jacobson and BrookSellsAll have solved data-driven marketing challenges for 27 years- before the internet, social media, and the FAX machine was how we ran campaigns. Not saying it was the good old days with Acxiom Epsilon Wunderman and more, but you better believe the DATA, ANALYTICS, and CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE METRICS were always 💯 , because as they say: people lie, numbers don't. Marketers, it's past time to celebrate your 24K 1st party-data, and listen to your legal eagles: 2024 consumers care more about privacy & security than they ever will about your car, sweater, appliance, (insert any product here!) #cookies #data #firstpartydata #relationshipmarketing ask me Brook Tyrer Jacobson, the #martecharchitect #datadork BrookSellsAll for free consult on your data destiny!

It's been a year of many lessons for me. Here are 3: (I'll write as transparent as I can about them.) 1. Never stop evolving and changing your business I had a period where I was very comfortable (end of 2022/beginning of 2023) because things were going very good for us. I should have pushed for new initiatives at that point. 2. Learn to delegate and trust your team Micromanaging is the curse of many very capable people, and the weight pulling them down. 3. Cash flow is king Like many in the IT/design industry, we've had a bumpy ride this year. Never take your eye off the ball and prioritise financial safety. Here's to 2023, and may 2024 be a good one!
Happy Holidays from our team! See you in the New Year, hope it’ll be a good one🍸🧁🎄
