Inclusivity taught at home can help set an example for kids to exhibit outside their home.  Encourage inclusiveness in families in the following ways: 1. #Demonstrate Inclusive Behaviour: Set a positive example. Be kind, understanding, respectful, and empathic in all your interactions. 2. #Open #Communication: Talk honestly and constructively about disagreements. Invite inquiries and give truthful responses. 3. #Education and #Exposure: To normalise #diversity, introduce a variety of multicultural literature, films, and cultural events. 4. Teach #Empathy: Motivate family members to take into account the thoughts and feelings of others. Volunteering in the community can help to foster social responsibility. 5. Using #Inclusive #Language: Be thoughtful in your speech and convey the value of doings 6. Create a #Safe #Space: Make sure each person feels acknowledged and heard. A response #behaviour should be immediately and carefully addressed. You can prepare your children and family members to bring these values into the workplace, schools, and larger community by #modelling an inclusive perspective at home.
