Another step in my journey to master problem-solving: this month I had the incredible opportunity to dive into Agile training, all thanks to KRUK Italia S.r.l. This experience adds another powerful methodology to my problem-solving toolkit, complementing the Lean techniques I've already embraced. It’s all about continuous improvement, adaptability. And, most important, collaboration. A special thanks to Michał Dusiński and Tomasz Borowiec for those engaging, interesting and fun days. My company is always pushing me to grow and learn new methodologies and that is great. The location was also great.
