    The INTOSAI Regional Coordination Platform continued with a series of round table discussions based around the INTOSAI Capacity Development Operational Plan outcome indicators. Regional representatives from PASAI, CAROSAI, EUROSAI, ARABOSAI, AFROSAI, AFROSAI-E, CREFIAF, ASOSAI (Asian Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions), and OLACEFS gathered to share regional perspectives on: #competencyframeworks for #audit professionals; adhering to all four principles of #ISSAI150; regional organization budgets; #qualitymanagement systems; audit follow-up systems; #stakeholderengagement; publishing annual reports; #SAIPMF assessment; and support to SAIs in complex contexts. Participants discussed challenges, potential solutions, and paths forward of how to continue to support capacity building in these areas.

    🌍 The ClimateScanner Last Call: Don’t Miss the Chance to Be Part of This Global Movement! This is the Last Call Workshop for the ClimateScanner initiative, a global movement within the INTOSAI community that empowers Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) to evaluate government actions on climate change. This workshop, from 30 September to 4 October 2024 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, represents an additional opportunity for SAIs who could not attend previous sessions to join this global project. If your institution has not yet participated or engaged, this is your chance! The ClimateScanner initiative has already made a significant impact, with over 200 auditors from 124 countries trained to implement the framework in their national contexts.
