Our colleagues Claire Lea Parker and Arnd Kikker travelled to South Korea last week to attend the Lufthansa Group APAC Market Conference 2024. It was a great opportunity to reconnect, exchange, and present our digital platform AERENA in the vibrant city of Seoul. We would like to thank Lufthansa Group for having us at this wonderful event. #AERQ #NowFlying #LufthansaGroup #digitalization

Sometimes you take a walk and what captures your sight can be captivating that you want to take a video or a picture...like a movie in suspense mode, you just want to know what is happening next. This is similar to the YES #Lufthansa Campaign launched in #NewYork in March. With several lifestyle centre locations be it at the #WorldTradeCentre train station #TheOculus ,be at the street facing digital platforms or the New York innovative subways platforms...Every story started with a "Yes", a sight to see and a story identified down to perfection with different #UniteStates gateway options on display. With two additional gateways to be launched from #Frankfurt to #RaleighDurham and #Minneapolis respectively and a third from #Munich to #Seattle Lufthansa adds more gateways to the United States giving our valued customers more choices, more offers, more flexibility and better schedule convenience further to other services from other #LufthansaGroup major hub carriers from #Zurich #Vienna and #Brussels There is no better way to say it but...#SayYesToTheWorld

Asia Aviation Plc. (AAV), known as Thai AirAsia, participated in the Thailand Focus 2023 event, organised by the Stock Exchange of Thailand yesterday. Our key messages to the attendees included the following: Performance Improvement: Notably since the latter half of last year, Thai AirAsia has witnessed a positive performance trajectory. This has translated into consistent positive EBITDA over three consecutive quarters. Our operational performance has also reached the breakeven level. Passenger Recovery: A segmentation of passengers—Chinese and non-Chinese (Domestic, ASEAN, South Asian)—revealed distinct but progressing recovery rates. The Chinese segment was back by 50%, while the non-Chinese segment rebounded to 90-100%, relative to pre-COVID times. Despite the softer-than-expected influx of Chinese passengers, the monthly ascent in Chinese passengers boarding Thai AirAsia flights since the reopening of China presents an encouraging trend. The domestic tourism sector has proven robust, substantiated by a load factor exceeding 90%. Airfare Trend: It is probable that the airfare will remain at its current level with some room for increase, owing to two key factors: 1) the ongoing constraint on aircraft supply within the market, and 2) the currently elevated cost environment including high jet fuel prices and heavy maintenance expeness to reactivate aircraft. Sustainability: A serious commitment to reducing carbon emissions underscores our approach. This resolve encompasses fleet upgrades to newer, eco-friendly generations, adoption of greener operational practices during flights, exploration of sustainable aviation fuel utilisation, and a vigilant monitoring of carbon credit markets. We will ensure our stakeholders remain informed about this significant and enduring undertaking. Feel free to contact us for more insights into AirAsia. #ThailandFocus2023 #ThaiAirAsia #AAV

The sky is the limit again for Capital A in 2024 AirAsia intends to enhance its business by leasing another eight planes, bringing the total to 212 by the end of 2024. JUST as the lockdowns imposed by governments around the world have affected billions of individuals, a countless number of corporate entities have also suffered immeasurably from this draconian gesture, a move initiated in the name of a pandemic in 2020. Capital A Bhd , or arguably still much more known by its hugely popular airline AirAsia, was one of such companies, resulting in the group having its planes grounded as strict travel restrictions were put in place..... https://bit.ly/3TQzU58 AirAsia #Malaysia #Aviation #SoutheastAsia Keith Hiew Via http://thestar.com.my
