Last week, I celebrated a milestone.. the big 3-0 in the enchanting city of Rome😍🇮🇹 Thank you Lauren Marwood for making it extra special! As I reflected on this fantastic trip, it struck me how essential moments like these are for our well-being. Taking a break, exploring new places, and recharging our batteries can work wonders for our physical and mental health. It's a reminder that life is a beautiful balance between work and play, and I count myself incredibly fortunate to be part of the Reward Gateway family that recognises the true importance of this. 📔 Welcome to another entry in my Manager's Diary at Lufthansa Systems. 🌟This time, our focus is on 'employee talks'. It's that period of the year where I engage in performance evaluation and career discussions with each team member. Lufthansa Systems Hungária emphasizes Team Health, so I've arranged for these discussions to take place at the project team level. This means I'll be having one-on-one chats with all project team members on the same day, preceded by a group workshop. Our workshop will revolve around the 'Hogan Dark Side Assessment' - which I learnt from Zita Nemeth MCC -, with the ultimate goal of raising awareness about potential derailers. This way, we aim to help our team recognize when someone, or even themselves, might be in the stress zone. 🚀Aside from this key focus, I also have a few important, yet lighter topics to share. I'm thrilled to announce that our unit is expanding, and we'll be welcoming a new colleague to our community this week. Additionally, Szilárd Bleszkán and I are planning a unit event to wrap up this employee talk period with smiles all around; stay tuned for more details! 😊 Lastly, I've taken a few days off to recharge and ensure I bring the same level of energy and enthusiasm to each team member's discussion.
