Linnell plays an integral role in leasing, marketing, and management of Adams Property Group portfolio of retail, industrial, warehouse/ flex and office assets. She is a great liaison from lease execution through the tenant buildout process, maintaining the progression from key handoff to business opening, and ensuring the tenants have a seamless transition. Our Staff Spotlight this week is on Ginger Wheeler, our wonderful Accounts Payable Specialist. In addition to processing payments in a timely manner for all self-storage locations, she ensures accurate invoice entry, maintains vendor records, and assists with other accounting functions, such as reconciliations and monthly financial reporting. Ginger's past experience working in a university setting and in the logistics industry, where emphasis was placed on strict adherence to policies and procedures, has been very beneficial to her role at APG.
