ADAMA India’s Post

India continues to amaze me with its energy and focus on agriculture. In 2023, Indian farmers and agricultural communities faced significant challenges due to extreme weather events, including a century-event drought and heavy rainfall followed by hailstorms - all remainders of the impact of #climatechange on crop and global food security. During my recent visit to ADAMA India, alongside Efrat Nagar and David Peters, we met with key customers. Listening to their concerns, we facilitated meaningful discussions, setting the stage for deeper collaborations and future growth. One remarkable lesson from Indian farmers is their resilience and optimism even after such a challenging year. India holds a unique place in ADAMA's operations, with a wide range of activities covering commercial operations, global R&D and manufacturing. I am deeply impressed by our team's agility in adapting to challenging farming conditions and their focus on delivering innovative solutions and support to local farmers, particularly during trying times. We remain fully dedicated to furthering our investment in the Indian market, driven by our firm belief in the potential of Indian farmers to thrive. Truly an inspiring visit!
