Entry-level positions should be for those who want the role due to personal choice, minimal experience, and or for those who are entering the labor force after a long absence. However, many companies require these workers to have skills beyond what industry would consider entry-level or beyond the curriculum taught in most colleges and universities, leaving recent graduates unemployed. If a company requires an experienced professional but wants to label it entry-level to avoid a hefty salary, they have two options. They can source a temporary worker either through their human resources department or through a staffing firm, and they can outsource. In accounting and finance, AJG Analytics LLC can do the work of entry-level staff with higher proficiency and significantly lower costs than temps and employees. If there is an entry position that a firm cannot fill or it makes to outsource entry accounting or bookkeeping staff, please reach out. AJG Analytics LLC can reduce costs, improve the bottom line, and bring experience instead of attempting to find an experienced professional at an entry-level salary. #outsourcing #entrylevel #bookkeepingservices #bookkeeping #bookkeeper #bookkeepinghelp #acccounting #finance
