"I applied for this job because I'm passionate about international collaboration and continuous learning. At Poabi, as a consultant, my role involves working closely with our partners on various projects. Currently, I'm immersed in a project focused on establishing a training center for port workers, handling everything from payroll to safety protocols. What I love most about my job is the opportunity to apply insights gained from one project to another, fostering continuous improvement. Challenges do arise, especially in navigating different roles as an external consultant, but I find the diversity of projects enriching. Working in the port sector as a woman has been both fascinating and enlightening. While facing occasional biases, overcoming them leads to seamless collaboration. I believe having a diverse team, including both men and women, brings unique talents and perspectives to the table, ultimately enhancing our collective success." ♀ Manuela Garcia Zuluaga has a bioscience engineering background. She is currently working as a consultant on projects related to environmental management.   "I applied for this job driven by my passion for environmental protection and sustainability, seeing it as an opportunity to leverage my skills to make a global impact by collaborating with ports worldwide.
