Are you currently trying to grow your renewable energy team but don’t have time to search for the perfect candidate? Or are you are struggling to find someone with a specific skill? As the renewable energy industry is just getting started in Australia, there’s a lot of growth expected in coming years across the country. Growth within the industry means more time spent on internal recruitment for a renewable energy company, and less time in other areas. 📈Growth in Renewable Energy Industry = 🏗 Growth in projects 📈Increase in Renewable Energy projects = 🆕 Increase in the number of people starting in the industry. 📈More people in the industry = ⌛More time spent finding a suitable candidate. 📈More time spent finding perfect candidate = 📉 Less productivity in other areas of the company. I am currently working with multiple highly skilled candidates holding experience within the renewable energy industry, both in Australia and in Europe. 🌍 Many of these candidates are working as: - Project Manager/Development Manager - Land Acquisition - Project Engineers - Grid Connection Manager - Power Systems Engineers - Safety Advisor - Head of Finance, Development, etc. - Project Director - Wind Engineers - Business Development Manager - Commercial Manager I am also interested in discussing any other roles within the renewable energy and transmission industry. If you are currently looking to grow within your company and want to spend less time finding candidates to focus on the other areas of the company, send me a message. 📩

Ich baue Lieferteams für erneuerbare Energieprojekte im Versorgungsmaßstab auf der ganzen Welt auf🌎 // I build delivery teams for utility scale renewable energy projects, all over the world 🌎
Many hands make light work.. Fresh from walking up and down the Old Man of Coniston in the Lake District on Sunday. Back with the team ready to take on our next challenge/project. Our most recent project saw us partnering with an international developer / utility emerging into the German market with huge ambitions. The Brief: Moving from development into construction, build the core of a delivery team across Substations and Solar PV. The business had no existing team and identified the need to partner with a specialist with mature relationships in the region and sector. The Challenge: Extremely competitive market with every player in the market looking for the same type of profiles. The Outcome: Working hand in hand with both the Hiring team and HR partners, took assignment briefings on four roles, developing a compelling employer value proposition. From briefings 12 weeks ago, we presented shortlists across all four roles, managed the interview processes, and secured a Head of Substations, Project Manager Substations, Senior Project Manager PV and a Senior Electrical Project Engineer, on time and within budget. Would your business benefit from a specialist team working directly for you, to staff up your latest pursuit, project or team? To understand how we can complement your hiring process drop me a message here on Linked IN or via e-mail [email protected] #germany #solar #substations #renewables

It's strange being in growth mode when so much of the solar industry is (temporarily!) contracting. Looking to partner with solar professionals who aren't afraid to take on "the hardest job in solar"--servicing home solar systems. If you are or know of top tier solar Operations leaders, experienced, mature solar technicians/foremen, or investors who want to participate in this rapidly growing sector, let me know.

BPA Energy Efficiency’s Planning and Evaluation Team is hiring a Senior Long-Term Planner. If you or anyone you know might be a good fit for this role, I would be grateful if you would encourage them to apply by June 23rd, 2024. About the Position: The Senior Long-Term Planner is responsible for developing our Energy Efficiency Action Plan, staying closely engaged with the NW Power Council on a variety of topics (most importantly their development of regional Power Plans), developing our conservation and demand response potential assessments, engaging closely with the BPA Resource Program, and tracking and advising on policy that impacts BPA’s EE and DR program. This is an important and visible role with a lot of strategic impact and influence over EE and DR at BPA. About the Team: The values and culture of this team are what I love most about working at BPA and why I have stayed for almost 10 years. The culture of the team is a good fit for proactive communicators and planners, those who are willing to lean in and initiate, those who want to take ownership over their work and create real impact, and those that can think about the big picture while also digging into the weeds. We are a team of people who love to be strategic and plan ahead, and I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that this is a team that loves a good Gantt chart (there was actually an instance where an impromptu chant broke out of “Gantt chart, Gantt chart, Gantt chart!”). In terms of my leadership style and what you can expect from me as a manager: I try to lead with heart, allow my staff to have autonomy and ownership, I love to mentor and coach people, and I welcome creative innovation and challenging the status quo to help deepen our impact as an organization. Come join this awesome team of “smart doers” that cares about our work and has fun while doing it! How to Apply: Link to the job posting is below. If you are unfamiliar with federal employee applications and have never submitted one before, I highly encourage you to reach out to someone in your network that is a current or former BPA employee that can give you advice on best practices for applying. Position Title: Public Utilities Specialist (Business Analyst) Salary Range: $111,234 - $144,608 Opening Date: 06/13/2024 Closing Date: 06/23/2024 USAJOBS Link: (External Applicants) 24-BPA-40344-12445748-DE: https://lnkd.in/g7xe8HQy

Land acquisition for wind and solar projects is far easier in the North of Germany than in the South 🇩🇪 Why? In the past, Northern German families passed down their land in its entirety to the eldest son. Meanwhile, land was divided equally amongst family members in the South of Germany meaning plots got smaller and smaller. Therefore #projectdevelopers need to negotiate with far less land owners in the North, making their job much easier. Here’s a list of #wind and #solarenergy project developer positions open in the North of Germany! ⬇ Just DM or email our consultants stating the role you’re interested in to receive a detailed job description. P.S. Share this post with someone that could benefit from it 📲
