How our VAs are booking meetings via email with this killer closing line 🔥 *TAILORED EMAIL BODY INCLUDING SERVICE OVERVIEW AND CASE STUDY* Closing line: Would this be in the best interests of [Brand Name] moving forward? As opposed to the usual… ‘Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions’ ‘When are you available to discuss?’ ‘Let me know if you’re interested’ The reason this line works so well is because it forces the prospect to think about their business, not themselves. Simple = Effective 🚀

I saw this post of a cold email this morning and I had to repost it with my thoughts. This is a masterclass in effective cold emailing. James nailed the essentials: Relevant personalization: Goes beyond surface level and speaks directly to the recipient’s interests. Problem identification: Highlights a pain point that resonates. Acknowledgment and Insight: Recognizes existing efforts and identifies a gap, offering a clear value proposition. In sales, it's not just about getting a meeting; it's about creating genuine interest and providing real value. This approach sets a high standard for all of the sales community. How are you personalizing your outreach to make it relevant and impactful? Please share your best practices and let's learn from each other!
Author of Cold Calling Sucks (And That's Why It Works) | 30 Minutes to President's Club | VP of Sales
James Levenson just sent me one of the best cold emails I've ever seen. Here's why it was so damn good: 1️⃣ RELEVANT personalization (not random personalization) 2️⃣ Segue to a problem 3️⃣ Acknowledged what I already know 4️⃣ Illuminated a gap in the plan Because I know everyone will ask if I took the meeting... look, I can't promise that I take all meetings for every good cold email I get. But what I can promise is: --> I've sent this to my teammate who manages all of our demand gen / mailing list and promised to give James a real answer (which is half the battle in sales). --> I can make this post in hopes that it catches the eye of someone who might consider Klaviyo (or at least catch the eye of James' VP of Sales for kudos) Well done sir 🤝

The most important test when sending cold emails is the offer. Test what they really get from you. Maybe they are looking to save time Maybe they are looking to get more clients Maybe they are looking to save money You won't find out until you test it. And once you find it, it's easy to book 10-15 meetings/month

I used to be the AE who wrote 250-word cold emails, littered with big words and "I'd love to" statements. Why? Because I was never trained in how to write for an executive audience. Most sellers aren't. Plus, every template my company suggested looked like a mini-blog post. I assumed that was what worked. This Wednesday at 1 pm EST, I'm teaching a free cold email workshop with Women in Sales. I'll share my favorite cold email framework (The Problem Prompter), plus tactical tips on length, subject lines, tonality, preview text, complexity, relevance/personalization, CTAs, and more. Nothing makes me happier than seeing sellers earn a meeting with their top opportunities. (Optional - bring your favorite cold email. I'll plan to rewrite a couple of them during the session, so you can see the tactics in action!) Join us: https://lnkd.in/g8JPb3Ev

Helping CEOs & Founders Attract New Clients on LinkedIn | Promote B2B Service Visibility and Engagement
Recently, I helped a client from the USA in collecting dealership info and sending out emails. 💼🌐 Here is one of my biggest learnings from this year: personalization is the key to successful outreach! 💌✨ ✅ Start by addressing the recipient by their first name. This simple touch instantly grabs their attention and shows that you've taken the time to research and personalize your message. 👋👥 ✅ Highlight a specific aspect of their business that caught your attention. It could be their impressive customer reviews or their innovative product offerings. 🌟🔍 ✅ Clearly state how your product or service can benefit their dealership. Use concrete examples and statistics to demonstrate the value you bring to the table. 💪💼 ✅ Be concise and to the point. Busy professionals appreciate a brief and informative email. Avoid long paragraphs and unnecessary jargon. 📝✉️ ✅ Finally, always end your email with a clear call-to-action. Whether it's scheduling a demo, setting up a meeting, or simply asking for a reply, make it easy for the recipient to take the next step. 📅📩
