🙏 thank you to everyone who has downloaded our report so far and for the feedback received to date. A few recurring queries that we have received: 1️⃣ The data included within the report is based on planning applications. Therefore, if a site does not require planning (e.g. the proposed charger falls within permitted development rights), it is not captured within the report. This is most likely to apply to slow and fast charger installations due to the charger size and often there is no requirement for additional supporting infrastructure (e.g. new substations, etc.). 2️⃣ Planning applications that were for sites not intended for public EV charging have not been included within the data set (e.g. private depots, residential developments, etc.). 3️⃣ The report is limited to just Scotland - if you are interested in other parts of the UK, please let me know and I'm sure we can gather the relevant data. #EVcharging #electricvehicles
Our report into planning applications submitted in Scotland incorporating public EV charging infrastructure was published last week. Below is a preview of the report. The full report is available for download at our website (https://lnkd.in/eigpYC_A). We hope you find this report of interest and please do let us know if you would be interested in a similar review of other areas in the UK and/or receiving regular updates of applications in your area of focus.

How can we prevent energy crisis? In order to prevent an energy crisis, it is also crucial that we consume less energy by improving and modernising energy infrastructure such as smart grid solutions, and smart cities. It is also important that we replace old devices by energy efficient solutions, such as replacing traditional light bulbs by LEDs.
