Today we announce $110 million in new funding and introduce ACS Infrastructure as a new investor. At the close of our Series C, we also welcome additional funding from our long-time partner and investor Groupe ADP. This investment follows a strong start to 2024 that has seen us announce a world-first commercial air taxi project in Dubai and a vertiport testbed project in the UK. With this new funding we will deliver on our Dubai vertiport network project, building essential infrastructure for the launch of air taxi services by 2026. The funding will also support the development of critical enabling technologies for our global vertiport operations.
