The first rule of software development is to not give your users a bad experience. Giving users a good experience may lead to more customers and more referrals. However... Giving users a bad experience will certainly 100% of the time lead to losing customers and gaining a bad reputation with those user's friends and family and basically anybody they know. #softwaredevelopment #UX

#design #ux #swift #swiftUI SwiftUI is ideally suited for AI-driven and dynamically adapting user interfaces that respond in real time to both context and user behavior. Gone are the days of static interfaces. I'm convinced that SwiftUI represents a significant evolution in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design. It stands alone as the premier technology stack equipped for this revolutionary shift that will captivate users and set new industry trends. What are your thoughts on its upcoming integration with iOS 18 and macOS 15? Swift development https://lnkd.in/gMjvdbzb

Every product company is obsessed with user experience (UX). But how many of them really think about improving the developer experience? Developer experience (DevEx) is the other side of user experience. It assumes that developers are the primary users of a specific product. DevEX cares about the developers' experience of using a product, its APIs, libraries, SDKs, documentation, frameworks, open-source solutions, etc. Here are 6 tips to improve DevEx at your workplace. #Konnectify #iPaaS #DeveloperExperience

Accessibility Tip of the Day 44: Help prevent users from making large mistakes, especially when it comes to data deletion. This might seem like common sense or another area you might consider a "UX improvement", but the WCAG docs specifically call this out in Success Criterion 3.3.4. Two common techniques to help prevent errors are: 1. Provide "Undo" functionality for a user to reverse the action they just took 2. Add an "Are you sure?" confirmation popover/modal in which users must confirm the action they wish to complete #accessibility #a11y #accessibilitytipoftheday

Honest #BuildInPublic every Sunday 👇 This week was a pivotal one for Shiny Lazy. After several weeks in beta, we've found that our tool is incredibly powerful... But also somewhat challenging to use (and understand how and why to use it) for our beta users. So, I've been laser-focused on improving the User Experience (UX) The goal? Making our tool so intuitive that anyone can master it in under 10 minutes 🕒 (Goal in the end will be less than 50 seconds 🤠) Since Monday, I've been working on adding a side panel to our Chrome extension : a live dashboard that see, review and monitors your flow recording in real-time. ✅ You'll get a clear view into our algorithm ✅ You can see every event that gets recorded ✅ You'll have the ability to delete any missclicks In short, it's all about giving you a complete understanding of what's happening as you record and automate your repetitive tasks. One more week of development and this new feature will be ready for testing. Can't wait! 🔥
