Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related. • Minimum 5 years of multi-disciplinary project experience. • Professional certifications (PMP, PE, or equivalent) preferred. • Proficiency in ERP systems and AutoCAD, with strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and execute construction and renovation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all facilities. • Coordinate with contractors for repairs, upgrades, and new installations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and building codes. • Prepare detailed reports on maintenance performance, project status, and resource allocation. • Oversee emergency repairs and ensure optimal functionality of all systems outside regular hours. Duties and Responsibilities ●       Compare and evaluate offers from vendors/suppliers. ●       Track orders and ensure timely delivery. ●       Review the quality of purchased goods. ●       Work with team members and manager to develop future purchasing plans and potential source relationships with vendors ●       Ensure all deliveries contain goods requested ●       Update order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases. ●       Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and qualify potential suppliers. ●       Research and analyze market trends, pricing, and product availability. ●       Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions. ●       Manage the procurement process, from requisition to purchase order. ●       Oversee supplier performance and ensure adherence to contracts. ●       Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. ●       Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities. ●       Stay up-to-date on procurement best practices and industry trends.
