Frank Bertie’s July 2nd remarks carried a tone of triumph and assurance: “Over the years I have seen NAPIT go from strength to strength. This continued growth is a firm focus in the ongoing strategy for NAPIT. Collectively with the fantastic NAPIT employees, we will ensure that the same exemplary standards of customer service, service delivery, and support are upheld, and NAPIT continues to excel and grow.”
Yet, while Bertie spoke of unwavering standards and collective achievements, a different narrative was quietly taking shape. Despite the promises of exemplary service and unwavering support, there were whispers of internal pressures, cracks in the foundation that might threaten the integrity of the very standards NAPIT vowed to uphold. As the organization touted its growth and success, some began to wonder: was the relentless pursuit of expansion overshadowing the core principles of transparency and accountability? Could it be that in the race to excel and grow, NAPIT was at risk of neglecting the very standards it so proudly proclaimed?
While Bertie’s words painted a picture of unbroken progress and unwavering commitment, the reality behind the scenes suggested a more complex story, one where the pressure to maintain an image of excellence might be leading to critical oversights.
