Fascinating insights from Accenture's latest report that emphasizes the critical need for organizations to become "Reinventors" who scale #GenAI by fundamentally redesigning processes, involve employees in change efforts, invest in skills mapping, data integration, and foster a learning culture to build an agile workforce.    Disruption is the new norm. We all know it's challenging finding the time for upskilling / learning, but given the current rate of change in the workplace, this time investment is more important than ever. There will be lots of new skills / jobs such as AI Trainers, Prompt Engineers, Content Creators & Ethics Specialists. Really excited to see how this conversation evolves.
