We are seeking a Business Development Manager/Strategist/Lead Generation expert to help with our growth in India and North America. Initially, you will spend 80% of your time on India Biz Dev. Primary responsibility will include planning and business development strategies, identifying and engaging new clients and connecting with key business executives. This position is based in Bangalore. Responsibilities Engage with management to develop Business Development Strategies and tactical plans Develop business through a combination of methods that may include research, lead generation, prospecting, cold calling networking and in-person appointments with new clients. Ensure Accelon’s value proposition is effectively communicated to new clients Build relationships with decision makers at all levels of an organization both during the sales cycle and once partnership is established Prepare and present staffing agreements. Help grow new accounts as measured by headcount, revenue, and margin. Record all business and sales activity in the company database as well as complete required activity reports Persistent in prospecting and closing on new opportunities that strategically align with our strategy Consistently achieve required KPI’s that ensure success. Qualifications Minimum 4-5 years of successful business development experience. Staffing Industry experience is essential to hit the ground running Operate and work with a high sense of urgency Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks while maintaining sharp attention to detail Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities Qualifications typically include a bachelor’s degree in business administration Compensation Accelon offers excellent compensation package including base, and annual performances bonuses
