As generative AI accelerates, deepfakes are becoming more sophisticated and challenging to detect. It is imperative that we have robust tools to defend against this threat. This month, a finance professional paid $25 million after a call with a deep-faked "CFO." OpenAI just unveiled SORA, their new text-to-video model, advancing synthesized media technology further. While the evolution of generative models is remarkable, their potential for misuse is equally concerning. Deepfakes will likely only get harder to spot. We must remain vigilant, developing and deploying technologies capable of identifying fake media. Clarity solutions, which safeguard organizations and individuals from deepfakes, are essential now more than ever. By taking proactive measures, we can stay ahead of bad actors and maintain trust in online communications.

"The proposed offer represents an attractive premium and an opportunity for shareholders to receive the certainty of a cash consideration at a fair value for their shares.
