How, in a so called capitalistic, free-market economy, can a government entity decide it is lawful to ban new business start-ups by enforcing non-compete agreements?
This is so Orwellian, and a throw-back to a time we really don't want to repeat.
Future entrepreneurs beware. Do not sign a non-compete agreement. Or if you do, be ready to show the origins of your business ideas and operations, and make sure they are not tied to that employer.
