We were honored to be selected to represent our industry at last week's 2024 State of the Media Report panel discussion hosted by Fifth Ring and PR Newswire. The 2024 Global Communication report, “The Balancing Act” breaks down industry research on stakeholder fluency and the issues organizations face when communicating with stakeholders. The first step in the balancing act is to gauge stakeholder expectations. For PR professionals, our research found that only 16% felt that the country was headed in the right direction. Politics also plays a factor in the country’s direction, and our research found that Democrats were more positive across the board.
