A very well-deserved kudos this week goes to the ABM team at Manor Walks Shopping & Leisure Centre. One of our very quick thinking Security Officers, Linda, jumped into action when she found a customer collapsed in the centre's car park. After recognising that the customer was not breathing and had no pulse, Linda performed CPR whilst another employee called emergency services. The customer has made a full recovery following surgery and visited the shopping centre last month to thank the team for saving her life. Peter Coates, Divisional Director at ABM commented: “Our security team members play a vital role in keeping people safe within the environments they serve.
