We are proud to partner with Daimler Truck AG in helping the city of The Hague, the Netherlands, with its green transition! Last week Friday saw HTM Personenvervoer N.V., public transport operator in and around The Hague, reach a new milestone in the transformation of the city, with the opening of a renewed electric bus depot. On this site, more than 100 Daimler e-buses are expected to be in operation by the end of the year. ABB E-mobility provides the charging infrastructure for this ambitious project, with 28 of our HVC360 units connected to 109 Panto-Ups. The HVC360 system has been a key solution in overcoming the project's key challenge: a limited space available to install charging equipment. We congratulate HTM and Daimler Trucks with this achievement, as the event marks the first significant step towards HTM’s ambitious goal of becoming the first city transporter in the Netherlands to offer completely emission-free public transport by summer 2025. We Electrify Mobility Together! #ABBEmobility #HTM #DaimlerTruck #TheHague #PublicTransport #ElectricBuses #SustainableTransport
We, PMF Steel Poles, are more than happy that we could collaborate within this project for the design and supply of the gantries including the foundations. Within a couple of weeks, the gantries are supplied from the covers. All cables are then out of sight. Thanks to Batenburg Installatietechniek and ABB E-mobility.
Such a great collaboration!
