Older workers with low skills are the most likely to be left behind by the transition into better-paying jobs with better working conditions that do not undermine their health and quality of life. A report from OECD shares what government and employers can do to help older workers transition to higher paying, better-quality jobs. Take a look at the report: http://spr.ly/604793UjZ #CareerMobility #OlderWorkers #FutureofWork #JobMobility
Damn sporting of them…The old people’s organization wants to help you stay healthy and work longer. Say what?!! We no longer even think about changing the social and economic paradigm under the Oligarchy of Wall Street and the Wealthy. You simply must find new and better ways to survive it. Carry on! (Mutton or Wool?)
You might be surprised how younger and less experienced workers handle conflict and create friction among team members due to assigning a low value on the capabilities of older workers. These attitudes cause a hostile work environment, needless conflicts, loss of productivity and wasted time. Be mindful of disrespectful attitudes and focus on measurable metrics instead.
I want to commend people to recreate this special makeup effects body film "LABOR PAINS" with more (men's bulging neck) special makeup effects, now. 👇👇👇 https://youtu.be/K5wjcPVgK8Q?si=jp16SsEb5JecdqCS
Excellent report! Especially the parts around quality of career choices as the workforce ages. Some of the comments may have missed the mark on understanding the whole report. Really speaks to how older workers are actually staying in the workforce longer and what career mobility and transition looks like as technology continues to advance and soft skills continue to decline. Worth taking a second look and sharing with HR teams across the globe.
In fact, older workers with superior skills are left behind. And, as long as capitalism rules, most of us are left behind. Do your research.
