Did you know that three-fourths of older workers blame age discrimination for their lack of confidence in finding a new job? To bring attention to this critical issue, we conducted a social experiment by setting up a fake business that gave out free gift baskets. The results were eye-opening, exposing the barriers and ageist assumptions that older workers face in the job search process.
