What do you do to say thank you? One of the small ways I’ve incorporated gratitude into the systems of the business is this, a hand-written ‘Thank You’ card. I’m only showing you the front here, but on the back is a little handwritten message to say thanks for working together. It’s not there to sell or promote, it’s to simply offer gratitude. It’s a small gesture, yet it is one of the most well received pieces of connection I’ve incorporated into the business. So let me ask you again, what do you do to say thank you?

Listen. Few jobs are paying enough. It's nearly impossible to enjoy your work, let alone work on a project that you're passionate about. Almost everyone has a side hustle (or 2. or 3). That said...let's do something different: let's collaborate! I'm not "at the top," but I am 100% open to creating something amazing that we can put out into the world. Be thankful for everybody in your life, good and bad, past and present. They all helped you the person you are today. When I started this business I was helpless, no one wants to help . Sometimes close people talk to nice they are worse. I tried so hard and it wasn't easy . And still is not easy. But I have learned a lot from every moment and that is my benefit. I had the pleasure of attending two inspiring workshops: 🔹 Christoffer Bertilsson, a LinkedIn expert, shared invaluable insights on maximizing your presence on the platform. From optimizing your profile to expanding your network, here are 5 key steps I learned for LinkedIn success: 1. Define Your Focus: Clarify your goals and direction. 2. Personalize Your Profile: Tailor your profile to reflect your objectives. 3. Connect with the Right People: Utilize LinkedIn's search engine to find relevant connections. 4. Build Your Network: Cultivate and expand your professional network 5. Leverage Organic Reach: Boost your visibility by consistently posting content on LinkedIn. 🔹 Mikael Engström, a professional coach, emphasized the importance of trust and intuition in unlocking our full potential. Trust truly is the currency of the future! My biggest takeaway, accept and embrace responsibility and embrace trial and error to find what works best for you. Saw one of the most relatable, feel good, wholesome movies of the year. ‘Kho gaye hum Kaha’ So many powerful messages but nothing beats the ending & the beautiful resolutions: Resolution 1: Keep your phones aside and look life in the eye. Life is about living without filters and lenses. Resolution 2: Take it easy and keep it real. It doesn’t take much to be happy. Only when you come close to your truth can people come close to you. Resolution 3: Stop the comparisons. You are one of a kind and you don’t need to be like anyone else. Resolution 4: Be grateful. Say, thank you every day for all that you are blessed with. Resolution 5: Find your tribe. Who needs followers when you have friends? #movie #resolution

I know it's already 2024. But I can't forget 10 things I'm grateful for about 2023: 1. God’s unending love for me. 2. Men and Women who held doors open for me. 3. Everyone who said a prayer for me in the low moments. 4. Friends who brought deals my way or mentioned my name when it mattered. 5. The incredible humans worldwide on LinkedIn, who supported my consistent efforts. 6 Worthy allies and “foes” alike, in courtroom battles, ADR hearings and commercial transactions. 7 Everyone who courageously provided honest and genuine feedback. 8 Colleagues who supported my work with great sacrifices and efforts. 9 Family and friends who love me for nothing in return. 10 And YOU for sticking around my Content. Indeed, thank you! I know you want some legal value But then I realized… If appreciation can end a phase, shouldn't it begin another? Happy New Year to you! PS: What are you grateful for today?

Taking a moment to be grateful for these two pieces of advice given by Shreya Ganguly at the start of this year: 1. Develop a love for numbers If you can't generate revenue or at least measure the real impact of your work, you're demeaning your value to a company. The sooner you learn this, the happier you'll be. 2. Don't be afraid to have difficult conversations As humans, we like to avoid conflict and "just roll with it". Be it a conversation with a difficult client, co-worker or even your boss - address the elephant in the room and be upfront about things. Shreya is the Assistant Vice-President, Customer Strategy at Wizikey and has taught me many such invaluable lessons. To put things into perspective: One random day, she asked me to research and explain about some upcoming media trend in the next two hours - I froze during the call. I thought she'd be disappointed but her response was - So what? You'll do it better the next time and bad again the third time - that's how you learn. I can't stress enough the need for such patient and empowering mentors. Once again, thank you!
