Some great themes here from PJ Di Giammarino and team. What resonated most for me was how we all know what bad looks like, but regulators often struggle to articulate what good looks like. It could however be argued tha this results in continued evolution of systems and controls and of course the standards that hold them to account. What is clear is that standing still is not an option. Something I know everyone in this sector agrees with.
