We’re all familiar with the line, “Oh, there’s no place like home for the holidays.” So what happens when you relocate right before the holidays and are still getting settled? Well, that’s where Wendi, one of our customer service representatives, comes in. Wendi was recently nominated for her Big-hearted gesture toward a new teammate who had recently moved out of state right before the holiday season. Her nomination reads: "Wendi is seriously so Big-hearted. She knew that my family and I are new to Utah and was kind enough to extend an invite for Thanksgiving. I can't begin to express how much that small gesture truly warmed my heart. She's always so kind and looking out for our team. Truly thankful for her Big-hearted gesture and her! People like Wendi make this company truly shine!" We’re thrilled to share that Wendi was selected as our Big-hearted winner for the month of November and are truly grateful to have people like her as part of our team. Join us in congratulating Wendi and our other Acclaim winners (Anna – Tenacious, Mike – Unconventional, and Madi – Better Together) on this award and achievement. Want to make someone’s day a little brighter this holiday season? Why not send them a note of appreciation? Whether a text message, card, or Acclaim, you’re sure to put a smile on their face and make their day. #lifeatseekwell #1800contacts #recognition #acclaimwinners

Happy New Month Everyone. It is a new day and a new month of this year that will never come again. So surprising how time flies. Reminiscing, we can all remember celebrating New Year not long, like it was yesterday. Now it is June. The first half of year 2024 is coming to an end. I hope and pray that all our prayers and expectations will be met in this new month. Today, I implore you to take a short period of time out of your busy schedule to brood. Think of the past months and be grateful for both the little achievements and bourgeois ones. Remember being grateful is the access to more blessings and opportunities. Also do not forget to gauge yourself. Ask yourself thought provoking questions like; - How well have I developed myself within these past months? - What have I learnt that will sharpen my understanding? - How have I made impact on others etc. Ask yourself these questions. They are yardsticks you will use to measure yourself and know your prowess. Remember, Time Waits For No One. Once again, Happy New Month. Ngozi ✍️✍️.

Forever thankful for the individuals placed in my life. In 2014 I met Evelyn Forde MBE through Future Leaders as we both shared the ambition to step into Headship. Now in 2023, as I reflect on how far we have both come and the things we have been able to achieve from very challenging starting points, it makes me feel incredibly thankful and even more hopeful for the future. My reminders and encouragement for others; 1. Problems and obstacles will arise but that should never kill your dreams. Draw all the learning you can from it and consider how you can use it to galvanise a newness of strength and empower future decisions 2. There will always be someone ready to champion you. Never feel that you are alone. Reach out for support. 3. Network, network, network. Stay connected with likeminded individuals as they will advocate for you and open doors that you never thought would be possible 4. Never stay where you are just tolerated, go where you are celebrated and appreciated. You have the power to change your environment. 5. Don’t allow others to devalue your knowledge and skills. Know your value and worth. Give yourself permission to build your own empire and the right people will be drawn to you. 6. Treat yourself and others with great care. We all have a story and we all have a purpose. Supporting others to become the best version of themselves is a wonderful gift. Fill your cup and take great joy with pouring into others. 7. The world is a very big place. If you haven’t found your ‘angels’ or guidance alliance, be sure to know they are out there. Don’t loose hope.

We're all due to celebrate our constant hustle and achievements... ...but how many recognize that our busy lifestyles can make it easy to forget that the journey is just as important as the destination. After all, it's how we get there. Today, I want to remind the person reading this to appreciate each step along the way. That includes the steps that aren't fruitful yet because if you've done things right it's only a matter of time till you see results! (This is a reminder for me too my friend🤭) So please remember to 👇 1. Celebrate Small Wins 🤗 : Every step forward, no matter how small it is, is progress. Take a moment to acknowledge your achievements and what you've done so far.🌱🎉 2. Learn from Setbacks: Challenges and setbacks are part of the journey. Each one teaches us valuable lessons and makes us stronger. Embrace them as opportunities for growth. 🌈📚 Stay True to Yourself: Your path is unique. Don’t compare your journey to others. Stay authentic and follow what feels right for you. 🌟🛤️ What part of your journey are you most grateful for? Share your thoughts below! 👇

You’re missing out on the support you deserve because you’re searching for support you’ll never get 🙅🏽♀️ As we celebrate our one year anniversary, I am reminded of just how amazing my husband is. He attends ALL of my presentations and performances, encourages me when I’m feeling down, pushes me to do better when I’m being lazy, and he always has my back. Before him, I looked to my job for that support. While sometimes it worked out, way too often was I left hurt and disappointed. You know why? Because I wasn’t letting my job just be my job. I was trying to get it to fill a role in my life that my contract never stipulated. Double check your contract… unless you see it explicitly stated that your job will support and fulfill you, stop expecting that. Sis… it’s ok to take a step back and find your support and fulfillment outside of your job. It doesn’t mean you can’t still operate in excellence, it just means that you’re actively choosing to live a life that is not dictated by how your day at work went. It’s time for you to start thriving, not just surviving. Book a sales call with me to discuss how you can get on track to produce great results at work in less time so you can focus on the people and things that really matter. Link in bio.

Systematize your marketing agency, reduce stress and thrive with our LFG method | Eliminate founder dependence, streamline operations, and scale to $100k /month | Join 783 agency owners on The Agency CEO newsletter
This weekend, my youngest turns 1 year old. It's amazing how much can change in just one year. 12 months ago: → I was scattered → Juggling a million tasks → Piecing together my vision → Struggling with early delegation Now: → My vision is one cohesive plan → I'm laser-focused on two things → Client success and business growth → Eliminating and automating what I can → Delegating what's left to focus on the big picture → Implementing Leverage for Growth → Leading Niche in Control by example This shift has allowed me to: → Add 9 client case studies → Implement a 12-week year → Take quarterly family vacations → Work less than 40 hours a week → Simplify the business and focus on 80/20 tasks → Develop long-term strategic partnerships But this post isn't about me. It's about YOU. We often underestimate our capabilities, Focusing on the gap rather than the gain. Wishing we were "there" when we should appreciate being "here." The greatest gift you can give yourself is to look back and acknowledge your progress. 👉 What is something you're proud of that happened in the last year? Let me know in the comments 👇 and I will celebrate with you.

Prior to the launch of NKST a growth acceleration firm I wrote a special thanksgiving message to myself during one of (if not) the lowest points of my professional career. In the spirit of manifesting your own rise of abundance, I wanted to share this once again. After five grateful years later, being thankful for #opportunities, #experiences, #hardships and #blessings is still one of the ways that helps me focus on personal/professional growth. #HappyThanksgiving. https://lnkd.in/e3kPZCat

Regional Vice President | Person of the Year AAMD 2024 Let’s turn every property into a success story! 🚀
The individuals you encounter on your journey often wield a profound influence, and Mike was undoubtedly one of those impactful connections! While making an impact may be innate for some, it's a skill that can be cultivated. Here are key points to enhance your ability to leave a lasting impression: 1. **Active Listening:** Demonstrate genuine interest by actively listening to others, nodding, and responding thoughtfully. 2. **Positive Body Language:** Use open and confident body language to convey approachability and sincerity. 3. **Authenticity:** Be yourself and let your true personality shine, as authenticity often leaves a lasting impression. 4. **Express Empathy:** Show understanding and empathy toward others' experiences and perspectives. 5. **Confidence (Not Arrogance):** Display confidence in your abilities without coming across as arrogant. Humility is key. 6. **Mindful Communication:** Choose your words carefully, speak clearly, and be mindful of the impact your words can have on others. 7. **Offer Help:** Extend a helping hand or offer assistance when appropriate. Acts of kindness leave a positive impression. 8. **Memorability:** Share interesting anecdotes or unique aspects about yourself that make you memorable in a positive way. 9. **Sense of Humor:** Appropriately use humor to lighten the mood and create a more relaxed atmosphere. 10. **Respectful Curiosity:** Show genuine curiosity about others, asking thoughtful questions and showing respect for their experiences and opinions.
For work, I traveled 28 times this year. Looking back on photos, I should have taken way more! The last trip of the year, a team gathering in Dallas, was an absolute highlight of FY23. Grateful for the memories and opportunities that were presented and created in 2023. What was the best work trip you took this year?

Coaching Psychology Expert | PhD Candidate in Psychology | AI-Driven Well-Being and Performance Innovator | Professional Speaker | Book Author | Former Professional Athlete
Integrating Joy in the Pursuit of Excellence Throughout my diverse journey—spanning the soccer field, business world, and academia—I have consistently pushed for excellence. My purpose-driven approach has been meticulously calculated to enhance growth and outcomes. I am profoundly grateful for this aspect, as it's fundamentally why I am where I am today. However, this new Beggi has come at a cost. I've often held back from indulging in life's simpler joys, viewing them through a lens of guilt and shame or as distractions from my goals. In the process, I lost touch with parts of the old me. A recent trip to Las Vegas, casual meetups at community events, and simply enjoying dinner with friends were once seen as luxuries I couldn’t afford in a life committed to ambition. Yet, these moments have taught me an invaluable lesson—they are not just permissible; they are necessary components of a life well-lived. Joy and pleasure are vital as they recharge and inspire, fueling further achievements and enhancing creativity. By embracing the full spectrum of human experiences, including joy and pleasure, I find myself better equipped to tackle professional challenges with renewed vigor and a fresh perspective. And importantly, they allow me to be human. Here’s to Beggi 3.0—still rigorously purpose-driven but now also richly infused with joy and carefully chosen pleasures.
