- Think about this: employers have just a couple of hours with you before they have to make a decision to hire you and invest 60, 80, $120,000 in you annually. So, they choose what they will ask you in an interview strategically. They assess whether: number one, you have the skills to do the job well and will help them solve the challenge that they're hiring you to solve. And number two, if you're going to be a good fit with the team, and whether they will enjoy having you onboard. With that in mind, you can start to anticipate the questions they will ask you in your interview. Let's start with a skills piece.
