In this video, we'll look at agile project management and see how Two Trees Olive Oil can use it to add new features to their e-commerce website. Agile project management is a methodology that focuses on iterative and incremental development. It promotes adaptive planning, evolutionary development and delivery, and it encourages rapid and flexible response to change. That's a fancy way of saying that you don't try to plan out how to do everything in advance. Instead, you describe what you want the finished product to do and then build it one piece at a time.
