- [Narrator] I know it's your intention to properly manage your opportunity records, to keep the critical data up to date. But then the reality of your daily schedule sets in and your updates get behind. And when this happens it affects your personal goal tracking, not to mention the company pipeline reports. These updates do not have to be cumbersome or time consuming. Let's look at how the Kanban view can help you keep your opportunity data up to date. Navigate to the opportunities tab. Choose a view that shows your open opportunities. By default, you'll be in the table view, switch to the Kanban view using this icon here. Across the top you'll see all the stages listed as columns. Each of your opportunities is listed on a card that shows some key information. The card is displayed in the column for the current stage.
